Since 1989, Dan has been involved with various types of property condition assessments and due diligence inspections for real estate transaction purposes. In addition to being licensed as a Nevada Inspector of Structures, he is also licensed by Nevada OSHA as an asbetos
inspector, he is certified by the US EPA as a lead based paint inspector and risk assessor, and he is a Radon Measurement Provider, certified by National Environmental Health Association's National Radon Profiecincy Program (NEHA-NRPP).
His varied background in construction, construction management and property conditions assessments provides residential and commerical clientele the ability to combine services that would typically require more than one service provider.
Dan is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and through InterNACHI, he is a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consulants (IAC2).
