Bill has a unique mixture experience and formal education to better serve as an Inspector of Structures and Property Conditions Assessments and Documentation. Bill has experience with Commercial and Residential Structures in The Greater Las Vegas Area and Clark County, Nevada.
Thirty plus years of hands on experience as a contractor in
Residential and Small to Medium sized Commercial projects such as Grocery
Stores, Refrigerated Warehousing, Convenience Stores, Fast Food outlets and
Bulk Ice production and packaging. Designing and building energy conservation
installations and repairs as a specialty long before the trend was popular. He
has a very good understanding of Energy Usage and Energy Conservation that he
includes in his Energy Auditing reports.
During his years as a Contractor, Bill has held Electrical,
Plumbing, and Mechanical Licenses as well as a General Contractor License.
Having served as a Contractor representive and as an Elected Official and
serving on Municipal Codes Review and Adoption Boards and Area Planning
Commissioner has given him the experience and insight to understand Building
Code Standards and Practices and the application of the Codes to Structures. He
has served as a Trainer for his RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society)
and as an Adjunct Facility member at College of Southern Nevada in
Refrigeration Theory and Basics instruction.
Bill has the expertise to evaluate Heating Cooling and
ventilation systems, Plumbing and Electrical Systems found in Residential as
well as Commercial structures as well as the building envelope and the ability
to accurately report on the conditions found. As a member of InterNACHI (The
International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) he continues to expand
his knowledge by completing not only the required course subjects but going

Bill is an Authorized “OSHA” Occupational Safety and Health Outreach Instructor for Construction 29 CFR 1926. Has attended the Nevada OSHA “SCATS” Safety and Consultation and Training Section classes and has nearly completed his course for Safety and Health Practitioner Certificate. He also is a Mine Safety and Health Administration Unlimited Classification Surface Mine Safety Instructor. Providing Occupational Safety and Health Training in the State of Nevada for the Construction Industry with 10 and 30 Hour Construction Training, and Mine Safety New Miner and Yearly 8 Hour Refresher Training.
The Nevada Inspections Group, LLC through Bill works with
Construction companies to provide Job Site OSHA Compliance Services. Bill
provides the personal service directly to the Construction company management
team with reports, photos and narrative much different than that provided by
the insurance company consultant. The Nevada Inspections Group works directly
with the client is honest and upfront with findings and solutions and is not
concerned with the loss of an insurance client and commissions. The employee’s
